I am an Italian Dream analyst and Counsellor, with years of experience in providing counseling and dream analysis, both face to face in my office and online.

My dream analysis methodology is inspired by Sparrow's Five Star Method, as wellas by postmodern and narrative dream analysis.
I also provide online Narrative therapy and Solution focused therapy, both online and face to face.

With regard to online dream analysis and counselling via web cam, I have been working since 2011 with clients of various nationalities and cultures, residing in many parts of the world.

My role as a therapist and dream analysit is to help you build effective solutions and problem-free life stories, in order to improve your authorship and give new possibilities to your life and your relationships.

I also provide grief counselling. My approach is to deconstruct the dominant idea that grief is a phase that you should overcome by putting the relationship with the dear person that died aside. Instead, I help you keeping the bonds with your dear person and celebrating the relationship. When a person dies, the relationship we have with him/her can go on, and the memories can give us strength, values and a sense of continuing bonds.
